Provides for and regulate matters relating to the development and construction of housing accommodation, infrastructure and facilities under the Perumahan Rakyat 1Malaysia programme, addresses the need for sustainable housing and community living in urban areas in Malaysia towards creating a strategic socio-economic housing development model, provides for the establishment of Perumahan Rakyat 1Malaysia Corporation.
