Malaysian Palm Oil Board Act 1998
Akta Lembaga Minyak Sawit Malaysia 1998
Repeals the Palm Oil Registration and Licensing Authority (Incorporation) Act 1976 and the Palm Oil Research and Development Act 1979; to dissolve the Palm Oil Registration and Licensing Authority, the Palm Oil Research and Development Board and the Palm Oil Research Institute of Malaysia; to establish the Malaysian Palm Oil Board and provides for matters connected therewith and makes better provision in respect of the oil palm industry of Malaysia.
