Provides for the vesting of property, rights and liabilities of the Federal Land Consolidation and Rehabilitation Authority in a company; to make financial arrangements for that company; to provide for matters relating to the staff of the Authority; to dissolve the Authority and repeals the National Land Rehabilitation and Consolidation Authority (Incorporation) Act 1966;.
