Provides for the declaration of an area in the Bintulu District in the Fourth Division of the State of Sarawak to be a federal port, for the transfer to and vesting in the Federal Government of responsibility for the development, control and administration of such port and for all other matters and things necessary therefor, incidental thereto or connected therewith.
