Repeals the Malaysian Timber Export Industry Board (Incorporation) Act 1966 and dissolve the Malaysian Timber Export Industry Board to establish the Malaysian Timber Industry Board and provide for matters connected therewith, and makes better provisions respecting the Malaysian timber industry.
